We are a growing business and we only accept returns in cases where you have received a defective or incorrect product. We kindly request that you review our FAQ section for further clarification.

We ship with Bluedart and estimate that your package will reach you within 5-6 working days. We kindly ask for your understanding and allow for an extra day or two in case of national holidays, festivals, or weekends. As each product is handmade it requires special care, we assure you that we will make every effort to deliver it to you on time.
