Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Oh no, we’re really sorry about that! Please send us an unboxing video as proof and reach out on WhatsApp at +91 72978 22077 within 72 hours of delivery so we can help you out right away.

Q: Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns in cases of damaged items or wrong products delivered. Since everything is handmade, we hope you understand that other reasons for return aren’t applicable.

Q: Can I get a refund?

We don’t offer refunds - but if something’s gone wrong, we’ll happily replace your item after verifying your complaint.

Q: Can I exchange a product if it doesn’t fit?

Yes! We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky. We’re happy to offer an exchange - shipping charges of ₹150 will apply.

Q: What if I still want to exchange it even though it’s not damaged?

We totally get that preferences change. If you'd still like to exchange a product that’s not damaged, we can help arrange a pickup for ₹150.

At Ekatra, every piece is thoughtfully handmade by our women artisans  with time, care, and a whole lot of heart.
Because nothing here is mass-produced, you may notice small variations from piece to piece. These are not imperfections  they are gentle reminders that your product was made by real hands, not machines. And that’s what makes it truly one of a kind.

We accept returns only in case of a damaged or incorrect product.

  • An unboxing video is required so we can understand what went wrong.

  • We do not offer refunds, but we’re more than happy to replace your product after reviewing the issue.
  • If it’s a size concern, we’re happy to exchange it return shipping charges apply (₹150).
  • If you’d still like to exchange something that’s not damaged, we can arrange a pickup for ₹150.
