The things procurement asks

Do you raise a GST invoice and accept a purchase order?

Yes to both. We're GST registered and work against a PO on standard payment terms. Send your vendor onboarding form along with the enquiry and we'll return it filled.

What's the real lead time?

Seven to ten working days from sample approval for most orders. Large runs and the festive peak need longer - Diwali orders should be confirmed by early September.

What's the minimum order?

It varies by product, from 20 to 100 pieces. Every item in the range shows its own MOQ. If you need fewer, tell us and we'll say honestly whether it's workable.

What happens if a box arrives damaged?

Tell us within 72 hours with photographs and we replace it. On bulk orders we ship a small buffer at no charge so you're never short on the day.

Can you ship to individual home addresses?

Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names and addresses and we handle labelling and dispatch. There's a per-address charge quoted with the order.

How consistent is a handmade product?

Block printing varies slightly from piece to piece. That's the nature of it, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. Sizes, colours and logo placement stay consistent across the order. The print won't be identical, and that's the point.
