Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at mahek.dubey@ekatrahandmade.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
