Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers
- Personal care and hygiene items
- Items marked as final sale
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at mahek.dubey@ekatrahandade.com and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
