Return Policy

We accept returns for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team to start the return process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within the return timeframe. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: Customized wedding items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
