Asked for a exchange but wasn't fulfilled

I'm very disappointed with your customer service. I sent yall two emails and event sent a message on insta as well as WhatsApp hoping to get a reply within 72 hours that yall claim. Atleast let me know if I can get an exchange or no. Yall were clearly ignoring me on insta dms when i asked for updates.
Okay coming to the product. The color was too faded. Looked like it was already used.
I initial wanted to order it in Midnight Blue but I chose Vincent Blue accidentally.

Long handle for petite people

The bag is quite functional. It could do better in terms of size - the bag handle was long for me and I’m around 5 feet. I felt it could be smaller for a sleeker chic look.
