We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products - please share an unboxing video and contact us within 72 hours on WhatsApp (+91 72978 22077). For size or preference changes, we offer exchanges with a ₹150 shipping fee, and can arrange a pickup if needed.

We ship with Bluedart and estimate that your package will reach you within 5-6 working days. We kindly ask for your understanding and allow for an extra day or two in case of national holidays, festivals, or weekends. As each product is handmade it requires special care, we assure you that we will make every effort to deliver it to you on time.
