Every idea has a first chapter.
For Project Connect, ours began with two travellers from Taiwan — a mother and daughter duo who came to Kota with open hearts and curious eyes.
From the moment they arrived, they noticed everything - the people, the colours, the rhythm of the streets. We wanted them to experience Kota the way we know it, so we began at Garadia Mahadev.

There, they fed the cows, laughed as monkeys followed us down the path, and then… they stopped.
The view stretched out before them - the river bending between cliffs, the stillness of the hills - and they asked softly, “How can a city be this beautiful?”
Next was the Riverfront, and in their words, it was “the best thing we’ve seen here.” They stood quietly, just taking it all in.
Later, over food that felt like home, we shared stories of Kota - its history, its craft, its people. And somewhere in the middle, their eyes filled with tears. Not because the stories were sad, but because they felt something here.
Before leaving, they promised us - “Wherever we go, whoever we meet, we’ll tell them - you must visit Kota.”

For us, this was more than hosting guests. It was the reminder of why Project Connect exists - to create moments that move people, to show our city’s heart, and to send travellers home with stories they’ll tell for years.
And if this is how our first chapter began, we can’t wait to see where the journey goes next.
Project Connect - Not a trip. An experience.
