Shipping Safe

We're taking the following precautionary measures to make sure that the products you receive are virus-free.

  • All the products are packed after sanitizing the work-station with gloves & masks on.

  • We are double packing the products.

  • Our delivery partners are trusted worldwide and are practicing their own safety standards while tracking all W.H.O. prescribed standards.

  • We are shipping internationally, delivery however may be subject to local conditions. We get to know this at the time of courier pick-up, if your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you, you'll have the option of waiting till delivery is feasible again or getting a full refund.

  • We are only accepting prepaid orders, Cash on Delivery has been suspended for now.

  • Even though all the above measures are strictly followed, we request you to leave the package unattended for 48-72 hours to further negate the chance of contagion. If this is not possible, please use gloves while handling the outer package.

Returns

If you have received a damaged product, we’re here to help.

Return complaints will only be accepted in these situations - 

We will only accept the returns, in case of a damaged product or wrong item delivered, in case of damaged product - it is required that you send us an unpacking video of the product. 

Complaints are to be registered within 72 hrs of delivery 

No refund is applicable once the order is placed. 

Exchange of Product is applicable only on products which have sizing issues. 

Being a small organisation and not Amazon, returns and exchanges can take sometime, we require your cooperation and therefore-  

If the product is not damaged and you still wish to return/exchange it, you will have send us the product, or if you wish we could also schedule the pickup which will Cost - Rs 250 ( Required to be paid by you/deducted from the cost )  - Cost can vary depending upon quantity

Replacement


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Unfortunately we do not refund items once sold, but will send you a fresh piece of your purchase pending investigation towards the damage. Our policy only covers damage to the actual product and not to the external packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@ekatrahandmade.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


 

Cancellation


Unfortunately orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

 

 

How to protect yourself on online-transactions?

  1. Always shop or make payments through trusted / reputed websites and bookmark those sites if you use them regularly. 

  2. Ensure that the URL of the website is correct by verifying it in the address bar of your computer browser. 

  3. Do not click on links in emails or on referral websites to visit the online shopping site. Always type the URL in the address bar of the browser to visit the website. 

  4. Do not enter your confidential account information such as Credit Card Numbers, Expiry Date, CVV values, etc on any pop-up windows. 

  5. If you are a frequent online shopper, signup for Verify by Visa and Master Card secure code program. 

  6. Check for  PAD LOCK symbol on the webpage before furnishing your Credit Card Numbers, Expiry Date, PIN and CVV values, etc to make payments. 

  7. Make note of the transaction IDs for future reference incase of disputes. 

  8. Check your account statements regularly and bring any fraudulent transaction to the notice of Bank. 

  9. Do not respond to emails seeking your confidential account information that try to lure you with offers, jobs or prizes etc.
